The ESMI Board has acknowledged the strong and clear demand by the community to aim for a f2f EMIM in 2021 rather than for another virtual meeting. We are very much looking forward to meeting all of you again in late summer in the City of Science, Göttingen. Your presence and participation is an essential part of the international imaging science community!
The offer below provides you with a solid insight into your options for exhibition and industrial participation within the scope of the EMIM 2021. Please note that there is no related floor plan avaiable yet due to uncertainties towards the concrete COVID-related restrictions at the venue.
The ACTUAL BOOKING of exhibition space & other advertising options is possible from 12th May 2021 for CORPORATE MEMBERS and from 21st May onwards for all others via an online booking system.
Three exhibition packages are available: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Silver. Like in the past we keep it easy and without any hidden costs. ALL packages include:

The related floor plan will be provided by the opening of the booking system on 12th May 2021.
No fixed or shell-scheme booths are provided but can certainly be rented or shipped.
Your exhibition space is limited by a carpet and placed in accordance with the final floor plan.
There is no logistic partner you are bound to.
Opening of Exhibition: Wednesday 25th August 2021
Closing of Exhibition: Friday 27th August 2021 at around 14.00h
