Registration to the EMIM 2020 in August is certainly possible! For NEW REGISTRATIONS the early fee applies until 30 June 2020!

• Registration to the Scientific Speed-Dating event (free of charge)

• Registration to the Industry Lunch Symposia & Industry sessions (free of charge)

• Do not miss to sign-in for the EMIM Get-Together at 27 March (30€ incl. open bar, live music, buffet,...)

For NEW REGISTRATIONS the early fee applies UNTIL 30 June 2020.

Accommodation

As far most of you booked their hotel rooms in the past years on their own, we do not provide any hotel booking options via our registration system. There are many nice hotel rooms or flats available in Thessaloniki in all categories.

ATTENTION - fake hotel booking providers!

The ESMI has not subcontracted any official service providers or "Hotel Allocator" companies - please be attentive concerning fraud!

Terms & Conditions

Applies to registration until 3rd March 2020!

All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the ESMI office (office(at)e-smi.eu)

Registration fees (less 50€ to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations up to February 4, 2020. In case of cancellation after February 4, 2020 until March 3, 2020 we charge 50% of the registration fees. Cancellations after March 3, 2020 are not refundable - substitutes will be accepted.

Cancellation policy applies to registrations done before 3rd March 2020! On 3rd March 2020, the decision on the postponement of the EMIM needed to be made.

Applies to registrations AFTER 3rd March 2020 for the EMIM in August!

Visa Application

In case you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa please provide us with the following information:

• full private address
• full working address
• birth date
• passport number
• your first name (s) (as written in the passport)
• your last name(s) (as written in the passport)
• A copy/scan of your passport.
