Due to the current outbreak of the conovirus disease, the EMIM 2020 needed to be postponed to end of August. More than 80% of the (former) attendees reconfirmed their attendance to this extraordinary summer edition which is just great and encouraging. Moreover new registrations are possible and thus we do not expect a significant negative impact on number of attendees.
All exhibitors were asked to reconfirm their participation - a big THANKS to all of you for your continuous support and trust! All bookings are transferred to August. Of course the organization depends on travel and gathering restrictions in the various countries which we are closely monitoring. In any case your presence, support, and presentation of your products are an important part of the meeting with high relevance for the community.
There will be an EMIM 2020 - either f2f or virtuell!
Taking into account current uncertainties concerning travel and gathering restrictions, we monitor the measures and developments in various countries closely. To date we continue with the planning for a personal meeting in August but at the same time we are prepared for an alternative excellent virtual event where you can present your innovations and products, learn more about state-of-the-art research in imaging science, exchange ideas and meet clients and collaborators (...).

The floor plan is subject to change in accordance with final number of booths, posters, and attendees.
No fixed or shell-scheme booths are provided but can certainly be rented or shipped.
Your exhibition space is limited by a carpet in accordance with the final floor plan.
There is no logistic partner you are bound to.
There will be a recommendation for a company for booth set-up, rental of additional furniture, or AV
equipment but booking is not optional.
